View Hotmail, MSN, Live Mail in MS Outlook
Microsoft Office Outlook Connector 12.1 is a plug-in can be used to manage any of your Microsoft Live Accounts (Hotmail, MSN, Live, etc.)
This include: Managing multiple accounts in one place. Syncronising your e-mails, calendars (including shared ones), contacts, junk e-mail filters/rules, all in one place. Tasks and notes might not be available (service dependent).
Compatible With:
Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003
Microsoft Outlook 2003 or 2007

Steps:
- Close Microsoft Outlook.
- Download the Microsoft Office Outlook Connectorhere.
- Open and Run the file OutlookConnector.exe, even if it gives you a security warning.

- Enable the checkbox to accept the licence agreement.

- Select Continue.
- Wait for the Setup Wizard Dialog Box to appear.

- Select Next.
- Type in your information.

- Select Next.

- Select Install.

- Wait…

- Select Finish
- Microsoft Outlook should launch automatically.
- From The Menu select: Tools | Account Settings.
- Select New.

- Select Other, Microsoft Office Outlook Connector.

- Type in your information.
- Select OK
- The following dialog box will display, notifying you that you must restart Outlook:

- Restart Microsoft Outlook
Take Note:
In the Left Pane you will see that another folder has been added for your mail.
The file extension for this file will be .ost (Offline Storage Table).
In the status bar of Outlook you will notice that there is a Toolbar, displaying your e-mail address and the Server Status icons.
That’s It! Now you can view those e-mails in Microsoft Outlook.
