How to Import multiple blogs into Facebook Notes

Well my new WordPress blog is up and running. Have a peak at zellism.co.za. This blog is still active, but Facebook Notes only allows a single feed to be imported.

The Solution

Go to ChimpFeedr and simply add the RSS feeds of your blogs.
Once done click on the Chomp Chomp! button.
Enter a name for you mix.
Select Start Mixing and ChipFeedr will generate a single RSS Feed URI for multiple feeds.
Head over to Facebook Notes Import Settings, select Stop Importing.
Enter the URL generated by ChimpFeedr, enable the checkbox if you agree with the agreement, and click Start Importing.

As simple as that, no need for third-party applications.

I came across this exercise suggested for the not so young to build muscle strength in the arms and shoulders.
The article suggested doing it three days a week.

1. Begin by standing on a comfortable, flat surface, where you have plenty of room at each side. With a 1kg potato bag in each hand, extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold them there as long as you can. Try to hold for a full minute, then relax.
2. Each day, you’ll find that you can hold this position for just a bit longer. After a couple of weeks, move up to 5kg potato bag. Then a 7kg potato bag and eventually try to get to where you can lift a 10kg potato bag in each hand and hold your arms straight for more than a full minute.
   (I’m at this level).
3. When you feel confident at that level, put a potato in each of the bags.

End this call immediately without pressing any numbers.

There is a fraud company using a device that once you press #90 or #09 they can access your ‘SIM’ card and make calls at your expense.

This virus will erase all IMEI and IMSI information from both your phone and your SIM card, which will make your phone unable to connect with the telephone network. You will have to buy a new phone. This information has been confirmed by both Motorola and Nokia.

I am a Springbok supporter beyond the last drop. Must admit still stunned that the English Rugby Club winners, Leichester gave us a hiding like that. Well on Friday we are facing the Hane (French Rugby Team). The team was announced last night, with some expected replacements due to injuries. No surprise. Been following what is happening. Hoping that the Bokke will end the season with a good note.

Just one small issue, the shirts! EISH WENA, who makes you wear these shirts?. Schalk, I am a big fan, but this shirt. The person who has chosen these shirts for the Bok Team, rather NO COMMENT. Boys rather take those shirts off, you will look so much better
